NOTICE is hereby given to the public at large that OSHO INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION, with its registered offices at Bahnhofstrasse 52, 8001 Zurich Switzerland (“Foundation”) is the exclusive and worldwide owner of all rights, title and interest in and to Osho (formerly known as Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh) 1931-1990, including his personality rights including rights to his name, image, likeness, life rights; various copyrights, published books, unpublished works, translations, designs, art, original sound and video recordings of his expressions including Autobiography of a Spiritually Incorrect Mystic and Glimpses of a Golden Childhood; other published works in which Osho shared his biographical life and vision; photos of Osho; documentary and archive footage in multiple media formats; additional derivative works and other copyrighted works by the Foundation (each of the foregoing including any associated rights are collective referred to as “Rights”). All Rights are registered and protected by copyright law. “OSHO” and “OSHO-formative marks” are registered as trademarks in more than 40 countries, including India.

OSHO INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION, India is the exclusive licensee of all the intellectual property owned by the Foundation for the territory of India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Myanmar and Maldives.

Use of Rights requires prior written authorization from the Foundation. Any use of Rights or parts thereof without prior written permission will amount to infringement of the Foundation’s exclusive rights. Any person/entity that proposes to deal with the intellectual property owned by the Foundation or Rights, including by way of making a cinematographic film including any fictional work and / or documentary work on the life of Osho must seek prior written authorization from the Foundation, which may be withheld by the Foundation at its sole discretion.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Foundation reserves the right to take appropriate action against any unauthorized use of its intellectual property and Rights, including copyright, trademark and personality rights of Osho and enforce its rights against third parties, as the Foundation may deem fit.
